AOSM Greater Middle East + AOSM Indo Pacific + ADM Medal Set This distinguished medal group consists of the Australian Operational Service Medal – Greater Middle East Operation (AOSM-GME), the Australian Operational Service Medal – Indo-Pacific (AOSM-IP), and the Australian Defence Medal (ADM), all professionally mounted for wear or display. The Australian Operational Service Medal – Greater Middle East Operation is awarded to Australian Defence Force personnel who have rendered service in declared operations within the Greater Middle East region. It recognises the contribution of those who have served in operations supporting security and stability in the Middle East theatre. The Australian Operational Service Medal – Indo-Pacific is awarded to Australian Defence Force personnel who have rendered service in declared operations within the Indo-Pacific region. It recognises the contribution of those who have served in operations supporting regional security and stability across the Indo-Pacific. The Australian Defence Medal (ADM) is awarded to Australian Defence Force personnel who have efficiently completed either an initial enlistment period or four years of service, whichever is the lesser. It recognises the commitment and contribution of ADF personnel, including Reserve members.
