The Harrower Collection is an ongoing reminder of the sacrifice and commitment of Australian men who served their country during the Great War 1914-1918 and the Second World War 1939-1945. The 9th Infantry Brigade consisted of four battalions with a majority of the men from the Mid North Coast, New England the Hunter Valley and Newcastle.

The Harrower Collection database can be viewed online for all who have an interest in the Diggers whose deeds changed Australian history. The collection has attempted to address family history with each man's Births, Deaths and Marriages certificate information and internet links to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission; and also to the Australian War Memorial and National Australian Archives.

The 9th Infantry Brigade has a special relationship to the Swansea RSL. As such this collection is currently on display at the Swansea RSL Club in New South Wales. The staff will continue to update the collection for future generations of Australians who appreciate these Australian men, of whom, many made the ultimate sacrifice.
