Every day for one year Selena Smith used her passion for art and compassion for people to make time to remember our fallen service men and women and to do something to help the families left behind.
Selena painted 365 individual poppy artworks – one each and every day – as part of a personal journey of remembrance.
The gifted artist and wife of a senior military officer says the small sacrifice she made in giving up her time each day was nothing compared to the huge sacrifices made by members of our defence forces and their families.
Selena’s artworks are available for only $30.00 each, with half of the sale price going directly to Legacy for its work with the families of our fallen service men and women.
You can view and purchase the artwork on Selena’s Facebook.
