Mates Program FAQ

How does the program work?

By mates working together! Grab a group of your mates and complete the order form. We will then supply the items to you in bulk at a great saving. Products will be supplied to one contact person and one delivery address.

Payment Methods

Payment is required upfront and in full. Payment can be made via Visa or Master Card as well as bank deposit or cash in store.

Supply Times

Once your order has been placed delivery times will be confirmed. Our general supply time is 2 weeks however large volume orders may require manufacturing and will incur a longer delivery time. Planning ahead for when you require these products is essential.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

If you receive a faulty item, it can be returned within 30 days for a replacement only. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made How is the order supplied? If the names of the cadets/serving members are supplied at the time of ordering, we can pack each person’s order individually otherwise you will be supplied the items to distribute on your end.
