The Military Shop and Air Force Shop Named as Two of the Best Military Memorabilia and Collectables in Canberra
To be listed in Riotact's Best of Canberra series, each business needs to have consistently received positive feedback on Riotact and maintain a minimum average of 4/5 stars on both Google and Facebook reviews.
Riotact’s editorial team combed through 20 years of on-site comments to compile a list of the most recommended businesses and two of the BrandNet Group's shops made it to the list.

"We are very proud to have our stores recognised," says Stephen Davie, managing director of the BrandNet Group. "For over 30 years, we have been helping the Defence Force celebrate key milestones, and BrandNet now operates online shops on behalf of the Royal Australian Navy, the Australian Army and the Royal Australian Air Force."

"Ensuring the accuracy of our products is not just important to us; it is our fundamental responsibility both to our customers and to our nation’s history. These products become a tangible link to the past and help families share these stories with future generations,” BrandNet branch manager Caris Ebeling explains.

The Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) recently commissioned the Military Shop to design a special commemorative medallion that is available to every living veteran, widows of veterans and other family members of veterans of the Vietnam War.
"We are deeply honoured to support the Australian Government's 2023 commemorations with the production of the official 50th Anniversary Commemorative Medallion," says Ebeling.

"With the official commemorative medallion strictly limited to either the Veteran, or a surviving family member, we have also created a series of stunning linked mementos that can be shared across community and family, worn to show your pride, and passed through the ages."
The article states that the "range of branded products and event-based merchandise is extensive. From figurines, poppy themed items, and stationary, through to medallions, coins, and military badges, it leaves no stone unturned. What’s more, Military Shop offers a wonderful branding service that allows for a personalised touch and a tangible way to connect with Australia’s military."
